Load VS. Deflection
Load versus Deflection curves are available from NPI for our Dynaflex® Slanted Coil Springs, V-Springs and Helical Springs. Representative graphs are shown below (examples only). You can request a spring design, series size and material based on the PDF drawings that are accessible on each spring page under the Products tab above. You will be able to estimate the potential load of the spring based on the amount of compression applied. The values are expressed in Nominal pounds per linear inch of spring. The values are for estimation purposes only, and should not be considered absolute. Customers must test the springs under actual and all potential operating conditions to determine suitability in their specific application.
